ONE PRIVATE CHECK · FREE
See where your fire strategy is strong, and where it needs work.
Upload one PDF or Word document: a fire strategy, a fire risk assessment or a fire engineering report. We review it in full against its primary guidance and verify the findings. You can download the report as soon as it finishes. Respond to the findings and a revision runs on your responses.
Check what this review will be measured against
Read from the strategy where it says so. Change any of them if the reading is wrong.
Your Free workspace includes one Strategy Health Check.
BUILDING YOUR DIAMOND
Running the open-book review
A thorough review usually takes 30–90 minutes. The primary guidance is cached across the independent passes. You can leave this screen; the result remains attached to this Free workspace.
HEALTH CHECK USED
Your result is no longer stored.
The private report has been deleted, while the one-use marker remains on this workspace.
Open a Word document
Upload a strategy to see its real tracked changes and work through them here.
Ask anything
One continuing cited conversation - the guidance, your uploaded strategies and files, or both. Choose project context only when this building matters.
Automatic guidance routing is on. No project document is included unless you choose a project above.
Full review report
Run and triage a complete strategy review here. Use the Word add-in for precise passage navigation, native comments and tracked changes.
The browser keeps the spacious report. The reviewed Word copy retains anchored comments for document-native action.

Revising a draft?
Reply in the Word comment bubbles of the previous draft, add the file to this project, then pick it here. The next revision follows your comments and keeps the same look.
This is the shape of the document before it is written. Untick anything this job does not need, rename or reorder, and add a note to any section you want covered a particular way.
Review drawings
Upload one or more sheets as a set. The reviewer returns numbered findings and an annotated drawing.
Type to search 100+ fire-engineering methods. A verified method is checked against the printed table or against hand-worked examples; the card says which.

Your data
Your work stays yours. Take a copy of everything whenever you want it, and close the workspace whenever you want to leave.
One file holding your projects, your members, every question and answer, and the whole history of what was run. The uploaded files themselves are listed with a link each, so those are downloaded separately.
This is the grace window on items you have deleted yourself, and nothing else. Live work is never affected: a project stays exactly as it is for as long as your subscription is active, however many years that runs. Leave it empty for the standard 30 days.
Close this workspace
Only the workspace owner can do this, and nobody can undo it afterwards.
Your workspace controls
These controls apply only to your firm. Operational labels contain no raw passages; optional redacted excerpts remain firm-only and require human approval.
Members and pooled usage
No members loaded.
Captured signal
Workflow labels record only WHAT happened - "review run", "suggestion accepted", "suggestion edited before applying" - with no document text at all. They show which features earn their keep and where engineers overrule the software, which is how it gets better. This switch is yours, and turning it off costs you nothing.
Keeping short correction excerpts is separate, and it is OFF until you ask for it. Those excerpts carry wording from your own reports, so it is agreed with FireStrategy.ai first and we apply it for you. Once it is on, every excerpt is redacted, quarantined, and enters nothing until somebody at your firm approves it below.
Your firm's precedent library
Past strategies your firm has issued. They are read only to recognise how your firm has argued a departure before - never quoted into another client's document, and every excerpt is anonymised when it is read, not when it is stored.
Loading the catalogue…
Each file is checked against the size and checksum the browser declared before anything is marked stored. Reading happens on an overnight run, so a file added now shows as queued until then.
No past strategies yet.
FireStrategy.ai operations
Platform-wide account, subscription and aggregate usage metadata. Customer documents and project content are not exposed here.
Current operator workspace
The server-side worker kill switch remains separate. Paid work starts only when an entitled user explicitly runs a model feature.
Off until the firm asks for it. Apply it only after they have agreed to it, and the audit trail records that you did.
Guidance cache keep-warm
Nothing is warmed until you pick at least one document AND one engine — empty means nothing, never all. Pinging stops on its own once the app has been quiet. Warming all five documents costs roughly twenty times as much as warming one.
Promotion codes
Pricing and allowance
The allowance ratio is the share of a plan's price that may be spent on provider cost. Stripe stays the source of truth for what anybody is charged: a Stripe price is fixed and an existing subscriber keeps the price they bought, so a change here moves the ALLOWANCE arithmetic and the price shown for a NEW purchase, and nothing else.
No pricing loaded.
Weekly engineer input
Prompts, answers, directions, corrections and folder notes, grouped by engineer and week. Project particulars are redacted before this cross-workspace view; anything the redactor cannot make safe is withheld. Nothing enters the learning set until you accept it.
No engineer input loaded.
Engineering judgement ledger
Every engineer's corrections and choices, from every workspace, with the engineer's name and role and the building's generalised context. Accept one and it steers every job for every user; reject or remove it at any time. Nothing reaches a prompt until you accept it.
No entries loaded.
Time to completion
First draft to latest revision, per strategy, every workspace, with the engineer. Completed loops only. For you alone: no customer sees this, and there is no leaderboard.

Customers
Every workspace on the platform - who owns it, when they last did any work, what it has cost and whether it still runs. Firm precedent is set here, per firm, once it has been agreed with them - not by their own users.
No workspaces loaded.
Job history
What ran, for whom, when, what it cost and why it failed. The customer's instruction and the answer are never read by this view.
No jobs loaded.
Captured signals
Nothing is learned automatically. Engineer seniority is context, never proof; approved evidence must still be independently verified.
